"Variations sérieuses" is a series of seventeen monologues on the theme of the abuse of women and girls’ human rights throughout the world. It is a tough subject and the situations presented in the monologues are all too real. Yet the texts are poetic, telling compelling stories with strong and simple images. This project is a call to action, a cry for attention to abuses that so often remain invisible.
